"Couch to CrossFit" is designed for ANYONE and EVERYONE. Do not expect grueling, long workouts or heavy weights being lifted. In fact, this program requires minimal equipment and no gym membership.
"Couch to CrossFit" is for the absolute beginner or anyone who is interested in CrossFit, but intimidated or scared of joining the gym. That's right -- this program is meant to be done in the comfort of your own home.
Our hope is that this program will provide a jump-start for your fitness journey and give you the motivation and confidence you need to join us in the gym at CrossFit Spencer in the future.
