180 Kettlebell Gym's functional fitness classes are led by experienced trainers who are passionate about helping members succeed in their fitness journeys. Kettlebell classes combine elements of cardio, strength, gymnastics, agility, balance and more. 
Not your typical 24 hr gym. 

  

**All Memberships qualify for our Health Insurance Reimbursement Program.
(This is typically a $20/month reimbursement by your health insurance company.)**

  •  Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • DISCOUNTS:  Members with a discount who cancel their membership and then return at a later date will be charged the current membership rate. Any previous discounts will be forfeited. Only ONE discount allowed per family. Student rate is not eligible for discount.
  •   CANCELLATION: If you would like to cancel your 12 month agreement, we require you to notify us at least 30 days before your membership due date. No exceptions. No refunds.

In most gyms, you have to figure out your own workout program, nobody is around to make sure you’re doing a movement safely or properly and if you want to workout with a trainer - you’re going to pay for it. At 180 Kettlebell Gym, all of that is included with your membership PLUS nutritional and supplementation guidance, progress follow-ups, a community to support and encourage you and so much more!

Training at 180 Kettlebell Gym is similar to personal training, but in a group atmosphere. One or more of our trainers guide each class. The trainers will help you determine what modifications to make to the Workout Of the Day based on ability, prior injuries and any other relevant factors. 

Each class performs the workout together, while the trainers give individual attention to each athlete. A trainer will lead the warm-up, review movements and standards, coach each athlete for proper range of motion and safety and encourage each member during the workout.
