What is 180 Kettlebell Gym anyway?
We are a functional training facility that emphasizes the use of our bodies as our machine. This means whatever tool we choose to use (kettlebells mainly, sandbags, tractor tires, sledge hammers, strongman logs, kegs (filled with water)) we move our bodies around the displacement of that weight or object.

Will I get bulky?
No, you will build long, lean muscle that will crank up your metabolism and turn your body into a fat burning machine and you will gain lost mobility due to muscle atrophy.

Where do I start?
You start at our Free Orientation Class that is held on Saturdays at 9:30 am.

Is there a beginner’s class?
The beginner’s class at 180 Kettlebell Gym is the Orientation Class then the Fundamental Class. The Orientation is the start of your 180 Journey.

What is the Orientation Class?
The Orientation Class is a free 45 minute class for anyone to come and see what real kettlebell training is about. We will take you through some basic moves and a short workout. You will be sore after this but your eyes be open to see the possibilities in this cannonball with a handle on it.

What if I’m not physically fit?
No one will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Weather you have five or fifty pounds to lose, or just those stubborn ten, you’ll find that 180 Kettlebell Gym is just the place for you! Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend 180 Kettlebell Gym and achieve incredible results.

What if I am physically fit and am looking for a challenge?
We train elite athletes too. MMA, Ultra Marathoners, Triathletes, and Marathoners they all find 180 Kettlebell Gym to be a place they can call home. They know the intensity they need is found here to improve there game.

What do I need to bring?
Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle possibly a sweat towel and a good attitude!

What can I expect to achieve?
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase your confidence. Not to mention an unbottled amout of energy!

How often can I attend?
Currently, classes run six days per week, Monday through Saturday, and since they are held in-doors, the weather is usually not an issue (a blizzard has stopped us on one occasion) . We suggest that you attend at least three days per week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least two days per week.

Here at 180 we know that fitness isn’t a quick fix and the fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently, right?
