Orientation
This is the first step. It is a requirement to move into the other classes and it is complimentary. In this class we focus on form and technique that will provide a firm foundation for injury free, maximized workouts. Please check the schedule for times and let us know if those times don’t work for you.
Fundamentals
Our Fundamentals class melds proven strength workouts with our personal trainers that know how to push you to your limits. These classes are focused on developing core strength while building your cardiovascular base. Not only will you start with Fundamentals, but you will find yourself coming back to our Fundamentals class even after you have progressed to Mix and even Inferno!
Mix
These classes include unique strength training methods with increased cardiovascular training, agility, plyometrics, and balance. These workouts will push you past your limits regardless of your current fitness. These classes cram more workout into an hour than you ever thought possible!
Inferno
