$15 - Drop in session
$90/ Month - 2 sessions per week or 8 sessions for the month(includes Fundamentals and Advanced classes )
$125/ Month - Unlimited (includes Fundamentals and Advanced classes )
$60/hr Personal Training

Summer Youth Program
$50 Registration unless parents are coming to the gym already then $25
$250 for 8 week course
Student discounts of 10% apply to monthly memberships (not family and special event programs as they are already discounted).
*20% off for law enforcement, military and fire fighters.
New clients are required to go through one free Beginner class and complete 4-6 week training in Fundamental Kettlebell before participating in Advanced classes .
One November Saturday morning,
after Thanksgiving was done,
I dragged myself out of bed,
Boy this won't be fun,
But to my surprise
the other Kettlebellers are here too,
and I made a decision to get fit
so I must follow through.
The workout was hard
my sweat can attest to that
