Beginner Orientation- (30-40 minute class) is an entry level introduction into basic kettlebell technique. This class will walk you through the benefits of kettlebell use and correct kettlebell movement. Breathing, posture and focus are all taught in this class. Kettlebells are a total body excercise, all muscles right down to your toes are used to move the kettlebell. Flat shoes, stocking feet, bare feet, water bottle, and a good attitude are all you need. This is the first step into your kettlebell journey.
Fundamental Kettlebell-(45-60 minute class) this class is a favorite of many students at 180°. It is an all kettlebell regiment routine, that builds a solid foundation for kettlebell technique and strength training. New students are required to attend Fundamentals for at least 4-6 weeks. This is a mix of all fitness levels and ages. Strength and health benefits are gained quickly. This class will jolt your metabolism and show you why kettlebells are the #1 calorie burning fitness tool.
Advanced Kettlebell/Crossfit- (45-60 minute class) this class is not for the new kettlebeller. The class touches on advanced kettlebell drills as well as crossfit training. It is a rotating every other week class of kettlebell one week and crossfit/kettlebell the next. Geared to give you a consant changing workout and intense burn. Bring your puke bucket!!
2nd Annual 180° Challenge-(week of May 17-22) this is for 180° Members only. 2 hours of crossfit and kettlebells for two of the three day Challenge. The last day is a 5k or 10k challenge. Finishers recieve t-shirt and refreshments afterward. $20
Summer Youth Program- much requested youth program! We are excited to offer this class for our youth to help them grow strong, lean, explosive muscle that will cause them to excel in their sport of choice and learn the importance of discipline, determination and hard work. We will be stressing "you reap what you sow," and the value of a good diet. Youth will not be bored! We want to teach the youth tools they can use for life and also crank up their game a notch or two. Ages 12-19
